 Amanda Lindroth Interior Design has partnered with Sunset Point to provide new owners the opportunity to create a customized design package for each villa. The packages are in addition the purchase price and vary depending on the size of the villa. The designs are historically inspired, but firmly 21st century in feel. They meld traditional Bahamian features with Island influences to create a 'Tropical Modern' environment. The mix of eras and influences feels as comfortable as it is fresh and contemporary. These residences are the magic of island living with shiplap-paneled walls, floors of wood, crisp linens and coastal chic rattan furnishings creating an unmistakably Bahamian dream.
